The Breadery is committed to making fresh and healthy breads using only natural ingredients. To ensure the best quality and nutritional value, our red and white wheat is grown in a nutrient rich soil at high altitude in Montana. Most of our breads contain no cholesterol, and meet the dietary needs of vegetarians and vegans. The Breadery is soy free, and our breads contain no trans fats, dyes, chemicals or preservatives.
